Servings:
Makes about 1 cupA zesty remoulade sauce to go with my veggie nuggets (see my profile for that recipe). I bet they would go great with the onion ring recipe in the recipe archive too!
(I also like to eat this on “crazy bread” with sliced zucchini)
Ingredients:
.33 cup macadamia nuts
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
6 clove garlic,
crushed
1 lime, juiced
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon dried
cilantro
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in food processor or vita-mix until smooth.

I just made this. Nice flavor, but i ended up adding some Agave to take away the acidity. Next time i make this, i'll use just the Lime or just the ACV, not both. Good flavor. Pine nuts would work well too... Also, instead of Agave, i bet a little fresh orange juice or a few segments would be great too... just some ideas :) My nuggets are dehydrating. will post comment on nuggets later tonight - can't wait!!!
