4 ripe bananas
Manuka honey
70 grams brazil nuts, coarsley chopped
Preparation:
- Peel bananas
- Push skewer or ice lolly stock through each banana
- Roll in honey and chopped nuts
- Freeze, eat straight from stick
OPTIONS:
Add carob powder
Roll in coconut, dates or nuts
