Rosemarys Frugal Decadent Suntella
I got hungry looking at raw sweet recipes on the net so I raided the cupboards and this is what I came up with. It hit the spot on some yummy bananas so I thought I would share.
1 cup sunflower seeds, sprouted and dehyd
½ cup sunflower seeds, sprouted and dehyd
½ teaspoon
raw salt, I like salt sooooo...
¼ cup coconut butter
¼ cup powdered raw cocao, I powdered up nibs
¼ cup honey or
agave
¼ teaspoon powdered stevia extract, whatever you have I used enough for two glasses of ice tea
Run on very high to make a flour out of the sunflower seeds. Do not get it hot though. This is why I freeze the nuts before processing.
Stir well and add other ingredients. You must pulse
while bringing up mixture from bottom with a spatula between pulses. Process until well mixed. You can make into small balls or press in pan and cut. I just eat it with a spoon with bananas. I could try to get this to a cream but I cherish my raw food too much to take the heat risk. You definately need a high speed blender to do this.

Here you go Ro~ SMILE
Under the "quantity" area, the beginning of the listing for each ingredient, just type in (1.5)... The second area is the "amount" where you scroll down for the cup or tablespoon selection...

No waterbaby just start with a cup and a half and make the flour. I just cannot figure out how to do the cup plus something on the recipe form you fill out. If you know please let me in on it.

Ro~ Could you explain the one cup and one half cup of sunflower seeds??? Are you making flour with the one cup and later adding the half cup so there are some corse seeds to chew???

I don't know what happened when I put in my title but I tried to fix it twice and it just got worse. Oh well....
