Russian Dressing

Makes about 1 cupA delicious salad dressing that is reminiscent of the bottled russian dressing!
Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1 Medium Tomato
1 tablespoon Agave
1 tablespoon Bragg's Raw Apple Cider
Vinegar
1 clove Garlic (or 1/8 tsp garlic powder)
1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt (optional)
1 tablespoon Cut up raw fermented pickles (optional)
Preparation:
Blend all of the ingredients, and enjoy!

Hi Alix, I want to eventually do my own raw pickles, but I like the real pickles from realpickles.com because they are at a natural food store near me :). Your kitty looks like it could be my kitty's twin!
