serves 2I love my greens, and this is a terrific and fast way to assimilate them. Has a savory pesto flavor.
Ingredients:
3 cup greens or lettuce
2 zucchini
1 cup basil, packed
1 clove
garlic
2 tablespoon brewer's yeast
2 tablespoon almond butter
3 heads green onions
½ cup apple juice
pinch
salt
water to desired consistency
2 tablespoon spirulina
