Seaweed Salad

serves 2-4 peopleIngredients:
Most of your raw food ingredients can be purchased from www.rawguru.com/store
Salad
1/2 cup dulse fronds (soaked for 2 hrs)
1 cup nori fronds
1/2 cup
wakame
2 carrots (shredded)
4 tbs. sesame
seed
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
How to: Mix everything untill well combined.
Dressing
1 lemon (juice only)
4 dates (chopped)
3 tbs. sesame seed oil or olive
oil
2 tsp. ginger
Salt to taste
How to: Blend everything up till smooth. Pour dressing over salad and let the

I'm eating it right know...It's very tasty and exotic! Good recipe to add some sea vegetable to your diet. And I loooooove the ginger dressing. YUM
