Semolina Pudding with Figgy Jam

Ingredients:
4 dried figs soaked 12 to 24 hours or fresh figs, peeled
1 heaping tbsp raisins, soaked 12 to 24 hours
2 bananas,
peeled
1 sweet apple, peeled and cored
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
Preparation:
1. blend raisins and figs into a jam and set aside
2. blend rest of the ingredients. this is your semolina
3. pour semolina into
a bowl and pour jam in the middle. swirl so it looks beautiful
