The Simple Banana Split

Servings:
1 The other day I was really craving some raw brownies, but since I didn't have enough dates, I came out with this instead. It's a really good and simple dessert.
Ingredients:
For the topping:
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup walnuts
1 heaping Tbs. carob powder
3 dates
1 tsp. honey
To Serve:
1 banana, cut in half
1 cherry
Preparation:
Place the nuts in the food processor and blend into a powder.
Add in the rest of the topping ingredients and blend once more. This time, you want the mixture to be crumbly and pretty dry.
In a plate, place your sliced banana. Using a spoon or your hands, sprinkle the crumbly carob mixture on top of the banana and top with a cherry.
That's it!

What a cool idea! I never would have thought of putting carob powder in that - lol. Thanks for the recipe!
Maybe you could ask Kandace or Ray to help you with your pictures? It's not showing up at all, but I bet it looks yummy! :-)
