I've never tried swiss chard in a smoothie, but I do prefer my smoothies tangy rather than really sweet so I'm definitely going to try this one. :)

I love swiss chard. It has such a beautiful taste. I never done green smoothies last year, but now I do. I am going to grow some more this year and drink them.

Intersting you bring this up. I made a swiss chard smoothie the other day.

few leaves of chard, 1/2 orange, 1 bannana, some water, zoom zoom in my vitamix and it was great!
