South Indian Coconut Chutney
1/2 Fresh Coconut
1 Green Serrano Chile or Jalapeno
2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger Chopped
5 Raw Macademia Nuts or other nuts
1 teaspoon Black Mustard Seeds (available at Indian Store)
Celtic or Sea Salt to taste
Add all ingredients to the blender with just enough coconut water or regular water to blend. Start by pulsing. You want it to be as thick as possible, not runny, This is good with just about anything.
