speedy breakfast porridge

1this is the easiest, quick breakfast in raw food history!!. This is what i make on those mornings when i dont want to do much prep work to get my tummy full.
Ingredients:
2 or 3 pieces of yummy summer fruit
for the fruit i use a few strawberrys and a nectarine
½ cup
water
1 banana
pinch cinnamon
Preparation:
quick and easy.
cut fruit into small pieces ,
pop that banana into a blender, add the water and
cinnamon
... blend till smooth, and poor over fruit
yummy!!!

just put the mango in a blender with some water and add the anise seeds. I love anise. it is so refreshing!

wow that sounds great, how do you make the mango sauce?

Looks really nice. I sometimes make mango sauce with anise seeds to pour over fruits.
