Serves one. Double or triple to make it a meal.I love fruit salad! I came up with this recipe one day. It combines my two favourite foods; bananas and grapes! I used half red and half green for variety. It looks great too!
Ingredients:
1 cup grapes, chopped
1 banana, sliced
juice of one lime
agave
Preparation:
Chop the fruit and squeeze on the lime juice. Drizzle with about 1 tbls or so of agave. Toss and eat it up.

I really like using a melon baller to make little round balls of watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew together in a dish. I think most fruits are delicious, especially when you mono-eat one type throughout the day, it really allows you to enjoy that fruit to the max. Who could not love juicy papaya, refreshing watermelon, honey sweet mango, gorgeous cantaloupe, cool honeydew, crisp grapes, sweet figs, sunny oranges and tangerines, succulent pears, dripping peaches, crunchy apples fresh off the tree, dark sweet cherries...mmmmm!!!!!

Well it is raw, but it isn't really a natural food because it is a concentrated nectar. There is no way one could access that stuff in the wild. It would be good without it. What are some of your favourtie fruits, besides bananas?

Fruit!!! thanks man. Fruit is basically all I eat. I only eat a very small amount of greens. Im not so sure about agave though. To me a syrup is not raw.
