Sprout Hummus

Ingredients:
2 cups sprouts (a mix of seeds like alfalfa, radish, canola... no beans)
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon
juice
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (optional)
2 teaspoons cumin
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2
garlic cloves
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until decently smooth or to whatever texture you like best.
