More of a guideline rather than a rule...
This is a recipe you can play with to get the tastes and textures you like.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup sprouted quinoa
1 small, ripe banana
2 tsp agave or honey (if wanted, needed)
3 or 4 small dehydrated apricots (or nectarines, just whatever small extras you have on hand)
1 tsp coconut (again only if you want it)

Preparation:

Mash the banana well, add in your sweetener(s), and fruit(s), pour mixture over sprouted quinoa. Stir well.
Greet the day!

THIS WA S AWESOME! Thanks. I had just sprouted some Quinoa and was wondering what else I could do with it.

I altered a little. I used a few raisins, chopped apples and topped with chopped raw cashews. It was seriously fabulous! I am going to make this for a breakfast XMAS party for unsuspecting, non-raw food eaters. Great idea!

I havent used quinoa yet in a sweet dish so think I'll have to give this a go. Looks good.

I tried this this morning. Was really good, though I don't think I needed the agave. I think I'll try it again tomorrow with goji berries... of course, then it might need the sweetness.
