1-2This is so delicious, I make it every day! I always have frozen strawberries in the freezer. Tastes like strawberry sorbet with white chocolate, and the crunchy sugar is perfect. Satisfies any ice cream craving. Perfect for the holidays as well.
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen strawberries
1-2 tablespoons of agave, maple syrup, or date paste, to taste
2 teaspoons vanilla
extract
3 tablespoons raw cacao butter shavings
6 tablespoons maple sugar or raw date sugar
Preparation:
Blend the frozen strawberries, vanilla extract, and sweetener until the consistency of sorbet, stopping to scrape the sides once or twice. You can also use a juicer. Place into a bowl, drizzle the cacao butter shavings and the maple/date sugar on top, and enjoy!
