Yield
Makes approx. 6 cups
Ingredients
5 cup Raw Almond Mylk , I use Ani Phyo's recipe
1 pint Ripe Strawberries
3 Pitted dates
1 pinch Sea salt
Agave or raw honey, to taste (optional)
Recipe Directions
Take the stems off of the berries and throw berries in the blender with all other ingredients EXCEPT Agave or Honey. Blend until creamy and smooth (I use a vitamix) and then add sweetener if desired, to taste. Blend again just to mix and pour into pitcher and put into the fridge. I just had a glass of it ice cold and mmmmmm…..Can’t wait to try this with many other fruits. Like Canteloupe…
Lauralai's Thoughts
By lauralaiI just bought a whole pint of strawberries yesterday afternoon and they were getting so ripe so fast, I had to think of a way to use them pronto! I have to say it turned out really creamy and delish! My 8 month old went for it too.

I haven't tried the raw almond milk with strawberries but I mix the almond milk with spinach, spirulina, dates and kelp and it tasted good at least to me.
