i adapted this from a vegan with a vengeance recipe but made it much rawer. as summer winds down, it’s nice to have a little bit of summer in your mouth!

Yield
makes 8-15 wraps, depending on how much you stuff inside and how big your lettuce head is -

Ingredients
1 mango, peeled and julienned
1 stalk celery, julienned
1 cup mung bean sprouts
1 ounce cashews, chopped
1 head lettuce
2 tablespoon nama shoyu
Recipe Directions
wrap as much as you want of the other ingredients inside the lettuce leaves, dip into nama shoyu, and enjoy!
