This mixture leaves you with a creamy and minty after taste that wakes you into a dreamy morning song. It’s also a great dessert too!

wash fruits and veggies, put into blender, put on the ear muffs and let’er rip for about 8-10 seconds. Then enjoy.
sorry for the blank space. But I love kale in everything too. We started putting it in the daily smoothies, then started adding other greens, celery, cucumbers, really good. I found if I chop it very fine before adding to my daily salad I can digest it easily.
i put kale in all my green smoothies but this one sounds like a keeper! mint too? yum!!!
HI I was looking up kale and found out how high in vitamins it is- high in b vitamins, c, a, and e. It's a hard thing for a lot of people to get into their diet so your recipe looks great. Kale's sulfur-containing phytonutrients prevent cancer due to the ability of its glucosinolates and cysteine sulfoxides to activate detoxifing enzymes in the liver that help neutralize potentially carcinogenic substances. (These detoxifying enzymes include quinone reductases and glutathione-S-transferases). For example, scientists have found that sulforaphane, a potent glucosinolate phytonutrient found in kale and other Brassica vegetables, boosts the body's detoxification enzymes, potentially by altering gene expression, thus helping to clear potentially carcinogenic substances more quickly. Sulforaphane, which is formed when cruciferous vegetables such as kale are chopped or chewed, triggers the liver to produce enzymes that detoxify cancer-causing chemicals, inhibits chemically-induced breast cancers in animal studies, induces colon cancer cells to commit suicide(apoptosis).
