A bright and sunny treat! I had it for breakfast but any time is great!
2 staulks celery
¼ yellow or orange bell pepper
1 cup water
½ cup garnish (optional) cucumber, pepper, carrot, celery, avocado, chopped
1 tablespoon onion (vidalia if possible)
1 pinch sea salt and pepper - to taste
Add all of the ingredients together except garnish and blend in a high speed blender. Eat as a smooth bright yellow drink or add garnishes for a more substantial meal.
It sounds so easy but it is sooo good!
