I made it for the first time today and it was a great start to my morning.

I like to add bee pollen as well for its amazing nutrients. You can also definitely add some other fruits--I suspect strawberries would be a great addition.

Did you soak the oats and seeds beforehand?

Yes, sorry i didn't mention that-i always do.

Soak the oats for about two hours or less and the flax for about 4 hours, rinsing periodically.

where can I find RAW oats and hemp seeds? so many people saying no oats are actually RAW...totally confusing.

I'm so overwhelmed...I am feeling defeated and have barely started! I have a trader Joe's close by they have sunflower seeds that say raw but now i'm doubting everything hahhaa

please any advice and help will be greatly appreciated

It's so delicious. The banana flavour is pretty prominent, but so is the oat flavour.
