My mom loves this dressing! I thought of it for her, but I like it, too, and I usually don’t like raw dressings. Dr. Cousens Phase 1
2 or 3 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon sunflower oil, adjust to your preference
¾ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste, optional
Put tomatoes & sunflower oil in the blender & blend until creamy. Add salt to taste, if you want.Use on a salad, or on my Celery Lettuce Wraps. My mom thinks it might even be good just with a bowl of mixed sprouts.
