3 cup Organic Oyster Mushrooms, Sauté LOW LOW heat in Coconut oil
1 tablespoon Organic Spectrum Coconut Oil
3 cup Organic Baby Spinach
4 Organic Sweet Peppers, Slice into strips
Sauté Mushrooms. Place on bed of baby spinach. Arrange sliced peppers on top. Add cheese. EÅT!
