Sweet Pickles

Serves 2So easy!
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon raw agave nectar
1 dash
sea salt
Preparation:
Peel and chop cucumber into 1/2” pieces. Cover with apple cider vinegar, agave nectar, and a dash of salt. You may vary the ingredients to taste. Let marinate in refrigerator overnight, or on countertop for a few hours.
