This tastes like raspberry yoghurt without that sour yoghurt taste. You can also freeze the berries for a great smoothie.

Recipe Directions

YOGHURT

1. Peel bananas. Place in a freezer bag and freeze for an hour (or until semi-frozen).

2. Combine bananas and honey in a food processor and blend until smooth.

3. Add a handful of berries and blend again. Gently stir in remaining berries and serve.

SMOOTHIE

4. Prepare as above, using frozen berries.
