2 cup spinach

Personally, I find that adding them to smoothies like this one presents no problem.
Mixing melon with other foods is supposed to be hard on the digestive system due to their powerful digestive properties- but sometimes its so good mixed with other things!!!
Where did you hear that, maihio? I mix melons all the time with other things. This looks gorgeous...and I love cranberries!
