I wanted something different on my greens and this did the trick. It is so flavorful with a slightly spicy kick, because of the garlic and cracked pepper. It smells so fresh and is reminiscent of thousand island dressing.
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon celtic salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
1 teaspoon paprika, ideally Hungarian paprika
Put all ingredients, except olive oil, into a blender or food processor and blend until mixed. While blender/processor is still running slowly pour in the olive oil and blend until mixture is creamy. Store in refrigerator. Keeps about 5 days. Shake or stir well before serving.
