Serves 1Simple,alkalizing,yummy,potassium rich,snack.To those who don’t like to fuss in the kitchen and tend to mono eat.
Ingredients:
1 head Romaine Lettuce
1 Avocado, mashed
1 teaspoon Real Salt
Preparation:
Spread avocado on romaine leaves. Add a dash of salt if desired.
