Trail Mix Crackers

These are delicious. Perfect when you need something not too sweet, or if you are away from home and need to bring snacks.

Ingredients: 

1 large carrot, peeled and grated
small handful of dried raisins or cranberries
small handful of flax seeds

Preparation: 

combine all ingredients and spread out onto a non-stick cookie sheet so it resembles a hash brown. Bake or dehydrate until dry or slightly crispy. Enjoy!
This recipe can be converted to a porridge if you don't feel like crackers. Just omit the oven/dehydrator. Perfect for those avoiding nuts and tropical fruit.
