Servings:
4, 8oz servingsThis is a rich and creamy milk that is the perfect substitute for dairy milk. The kids will love it and it is great with Grawnola. It will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Howdy,
The psyllium husk and arrow root powder is there to add some extra body or thickness. It is not required. Feel free to try it without it and let me know what you think! You might be able to get the same "thickening" effect by adding some coconut spread/butter. Below is a link to that incredible product.

What does the arrowroot/psyllium husk powder add to the recipe? And is there an alternative to using them? I ask because the psyllium husk has such a concentrated form of cellulose that my body can't handle it and the arrowroot is a mucilaginous herb that's loaded with starch that my body also won't take. It sounds good though so I do want to try some form of it.
::sighs:: stupid finicky body! :P
