Wake Up! Coconut Chutney
This dish will certainly activate your senses!
1 cup diced coconut meat
juice of 1/2 lemon (approx. 1T)
1 clove garlic, pressed
½ teaspoon extra hot sauce
2 teaspoon dried dill
½ cup chopped yellow onion
In a blender, combine 1/2 c of the coconut meat with the lemon juice.
Combine this mixture with all of the other ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! Adjust hot sauce to your liking. I actually used 1 tsp and found myself reaching for water after every bite. Fortunately, I could breathe much better that day with my sense of smell replenished.
