4 piecesi juice to get the right consistancy of pulp for my breads but feel free to shred your own way! this bread stayed white! its a new fav, slightly sweet but not over powering like my onion bread sometimes is with fixins’
Ingredients:
2 large parsnips, shredded through a juicer
1 large jicama, as above
¼ cup ground
flax
¼ cup chopped parsley
salt to taste
Preparation:
mix all the ingredients , spread on partchment in your D and dehydrate until still soft but dry….

So you do not use the juice at all, just the pulp, right?
How thick do you spread your ingredients on your dehydrator?
