White raw Chocolate

Creamy & so delish! Experiment & Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Cocoa butter
Lucuma Powder
Agave syrup
Preparation:
Mix the above ingredients, measurements depend on your tastes and how much you wish to make.
For Dark chocolate substitute the Lucuma Powder for Cocoa Powder.

Oh, and I guess one other option would be maple sugar, which would make a firmer bar than maple syrup. Once again, however, it won't be totally raw.

You might want to try maple syrup, since lucuma has that maple-like flavor. However, the recipe won't be 100% raw anymore.
Also, you can always try mesquite meal, a low-glycemic index sweetener with a hint of chocolate and cinnamon. Good luck!
