I made this to take camping last night. I had olive oil and macadamia nuts instead of hemp oil and almonds. I also added a tablespoon or so of nutritional yeast. It was AWESOME!
I'm a week into being 100% raw...having been an organic omnivore before. This recipe really helped me not feel deprived about not eating all the grilled foods I normally would. Several other people tried it and couldn't tell that it wasn't "real" caesar dressing!

8. What about cashews? Aren't
What about cashews? Aren't they NOT considered a tree nut? Maybe pine nuts would work, they are actually a seed.
Or how about just not using nuts and increasing the oil or using a combination of hemp oil and olive oil.
Just some random thoughts that popped into my head when I read your post.
