Whole Supper Salad

2, if really hungry. Otherwise, 6.Filling enough to make a whole meal.
Ingredients:
Large head romaine
1 Bosc pear
1 Ataulfo mango
1/4
Pineapple
1 Yellow bell pepper
1 Head broccoli
1 Large cucumber
1/2 cup raw peanuts
1/2 cup raw
almonds
A few dried cranberries
Preparation:
Chop and dice all, and combine in a super large bowl. Toss to combine well.
Can make a dressing to serve on the side of:
2/3 cup olive
oil, 6 tb. raw coconut vinegar, 6 tb. raw blue agave nectar.
