Winter Buckwheat Breakfast
Mmmm… a hearty breakfast, and so tasty. Can add in nuts like pecans, walnuts, or fruit.
1 cup soaked buckwheat
8 soaked dates
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
2 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
1 cup almond milk, best if room temperature or warmed
¾ cup raisins
1. Put everything in a blender of food processor, or Champion juicer with blank plate.
2. Adjust the ingredients to your taste.
3. You can add bananas or other soaked dried fruit and nuts.
