*yam-my hokkaido soup*

Servings:
serves 2orange-coloured soup themed “eating for the svadhisthana”
Ingredients:
½ small hokkaido
1 small sweet potato
2 medium
tomatoes
1 orange (with zests)
2 clove garlic
1 peace ginger
1 teaspoon himalayan salt
fresh ground
pepper
1 peace fresh yellow chili to taste
5 leaves fresh stevia (or another sweetener)
water
some pumpkin
seeds
sprinkle pumpkin seed oil
cress
Preparation:
put all the ingredients (except cress, pumpkin seeds and their oil) into a high speed blender and blend until slightly warm. add water to your preferred consistency.
decorate with the remaining ingredients.
the impressive taste of the pumpkin seed oil really pimps this dish. ENJOY

Thanks! I enjoyed the picture and discovered some other sites with info. I guess you could substitute any pumpkin or similar winter in the same quantity if you couldn't find hokkaido.

@bluedolfin: i just take the whole orange. the white is good, too. of course i take organic fruits and i wash oranges with warm water when i use the zests.

those are very widespread here in germany, you can buy them everywhere.

Could you tell me what hokkaido is? I googled it but all I could find was that it was the second largest island of Japan....Thanks!

Do you zest the orange and then peel it and use the sections, juice, or just put the whole orange, lock, stock, and barrel, into the blender?
