Young Coconut and Persimmon Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 large young coconut and water
2 tablespoon dried shredded coconut
4 Jerusalem persimmons (the small tomato shaped ones)
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients to a thick liquid.
