I made it this morning and man, it's delicious! This yields 1 1/2 liters of almond milk, which keeps well in the fridge for quite a few days. However, you can always reduce almonds and water to a smaller amount. You can reserve the nut pulp for raw cakes, desserts, pates, or any other recipe requiring almonds.
