Yummy Organic Raw Cashew MilkShake
This shake is very similar to the ones you find at the store.
I took the ingredients off the container from Glaser Farms. They are an awsome organic raw food farm in Miami.
Bmore and enjoy!
Marcus
2 Large Young Coconuts (Just picked from Neighbors yard! Organic as it gets!)
1½ cup soaked Raw Organic Cashews, (soak for 8
hours)
1 Large spotted ripe Organic Banana
4 Large Organic Medjool Dates , (Straight from a Farm in the west, super soft big and sweet!)
1 teaspoon Organic Cinnamon, (optional,gives it a
kick!)
3 teaspoon Organic Raw Agave nectar , (optional, I like it sweet!)
Cut open the coconuts (be careful my yoga teacher chopped part of his thumb off!)
and pour out the water and scrap out the jelly into the blender.
Add Your soaked cashews without the water (rinse them clean first) to the blender. Blend for 15 or so seconds.
Then add your organic raw sweeteners: Banana, Medjool Dates, Agave and cinnamon!
Blend for another 15 or so seconds (I dont like blending it to long)
Depending on the consistency you like you can either add more banana to thicken or more coconut water to thin out. You could also add less coconut water, more coconut jelly and another banana and make an icecream with it. Super Yummy!

I always see their stuff at the store. Whew! A pretty penny I'll say. They do have some stuff that looks just divine, however! Thanks for the recipe and all that you contribute!

Oh glaser farms thats where a lot of the raw foods come from that are at the Whole Foods I go to in Orlando. I wish I was closer and could just go there instead. Can you buy things straight from glaser farms?
