This is a delicious wrap that reminds me of chicken salad. An apple might be good in this recipe too, but I didn’t have it. Also, some nuts might be good, but again, just experimenting. I don’t use exact measurements, so tasting along the way is HIGHLY recommended;)
Ingredients:
1 zucchini, diced
1 large celery stalk, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 clove garlic,
minced
¼ medium sweet onion, diced
¼ cup golden raisins
lemon juice, to taste
sea salt, to
taste
black pepper, to taste
turmeric, to taste
lettuce leaves, as many as you like
Preparation:
mix together all ingredients, except for the lettuce leaves. serve on top of leaves and enjoy!

Ooh! Tomorrow's lunch! These flavors are saying--YUM!

Just made it and it was awesome. Thanks!!! I used little currants instead of raisins and scallions instead of onions. I also added some fresh dill and a tiny pit of poultry seasoning. It definitely was reminiscent of chicken salad! I didn't use it as a wrap, but rather scooped it onto baby lettuce leaves. Mmmmmmm!

i think it would be fine without the raisins. i really like the sweetness and texture. apples would be really good (that's what we used to put in chicken salad). but still good without the sweetness, definitely!

Oh, yum. I like your suggestion about the nuts. I'll put some walnuts in mine. A nice combo of ingredients. Thanks
