Radish Relish
4 serving
Lovely pickly relish for adding to main meals. Helps with digestion of fatty food and is refreshing.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes (10 radishes)
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1/2 cup pickles or 1tsp ACV and your choice of veggies, sliced
- 1 tsp agave syrup or honey
- 1/4 tsp fenugreek powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp psyllium or ground flax
- salt to taste
Preparation
Process all the ingredients to the desired consistency. Either have it quite chunky or very fine. Enjoy!

This is good stuff! I didn’t have the fenugreek, so I added some chili powder instead. Totally different flavors but I like things spicy. It’s great on its own, rolled in swiss chard or as a dip. Yum.
