Cheesy Nori Snacks
Makes 9 small crackers or 1 rollup
These are tasty snacks modeled after a raw treat I picked up at our local co-op. A great idea for using up the rest of your sunflower pate after making raw lasagna.
Ingredients
- 1 nori sheet
- 3 tablespoons sunflower pate (or any other nut cheese spread)
- sprinkle black sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation
- Spread sunflower pate on a nori sheet.
- Optional: sprinkle some kind of flavorful addition on top, like black sesame seeds.
- Either place in dehydrator as it or roll up.
- Dehydrate at 115 For about 6 or 7 hours (until fairly dry). Add an hour or so for roll-ups.
Store in refrigerator.

i made something very similar to these before i went on a weekend long yoga excursion in toledo, ohio [i’m from wisconsin..] and they were SOOO good. they packed great, lasted a good amount of time considering i made them ahead of time.. and wow. they just taste so fabulous! I’ll be making these again soon!!!

Yum, those look awesome. Do you think they’d still be good without dehydrating?
