Vitamin C+

Makes one big glass

A always lovely smoothie I come back to again and again, and I never tire of it. It tastes a lot like a Booster Juice. So pink and refreshing!

Ingredients

  • 1 big orange, leaving white pith on
  • 1 big handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1 small handful of frozen cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • a smattering of pumpking seeds (for zinc)
  • 1 cup of ice, according to the consistency you want

Preparation

Blend all together with a high-powered blender and presto…you have a high boost of Vitamin C!!!
