Vitamin C+
Makes one big glass
A always lovely smoothie I come back to again and again, and I never tire of it. It tastes a lot like a Booster Juice. So pink and refreshing!
Ingredients
- 1 big orange, leaving white pith on
- 1 big handful of frozen strawberries
- 1 small handful of frozen cranberries
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey
- a smattering of pumpking seeds (for zinc)
- 1 cup of ice, according to the consistency you want
Preparation
Blend all together with a high-powered blender and presto…you have a high boost of Vitamin C!!!
