Ginger Berry Zing
Serves: 3
A nice refreshing pick me up with a ginger citrus like zing. Very healthy, provides lots of antioxidants and omegas!
Ingredients
- 1½ cups Water, More or less depending on desired consistency
- 1 Banana, Frozen or Fresh
- 1 cup Berries, Frozen or Fresh
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, or 1"
- ⅛ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ⅛ cup Ground Hempseed
Preparation
1. Blend ingredients in a blender.
2. Enjoy!
NOTE: Frozen fruits make a thicker smoothies as does less water.

Beautiful picture Natural Vegan!!! I’m going to have to try this soon. I just watched a documentary that said berries (along with some others) have the best type of fiber for detoxification. I’ll be having this soon. Thanks
