5-Minute Cabbage Wraps
Serves 1
Great for a quick meal!
Ingredients
- 1 cabbage leaf
- 2 slices tomato
- 5 slices baby portabella mushrooms
- 1 slice green pepper
- 1 handful mixed greens of choice
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Kandace's Zucchini Hummus (see link)
Preparation
Spread cabbage leaf with hummus (http://goneraw.com/recipes/9-Hummus). Then pile on some greens, followed by the tomatoes, mushrooms, and peppers. Top it off with more hummus and a dash of cayenne pepper, and you’re good to go!
Warning: These can get messy, so use a toothpick if you want.
