Chocolate Chips
Makes 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
These are yummy, and the real thing because of the cocoa butter too!
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cacao butter, melted in dehydrator for 4 hours
- ¼ cup raw cocoa powder
- ½ cup raw agave nectar
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract (if you want mint chocolate chips)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
Blend everything in a blender till nice and liquidy smooth. Spoon it all on a plate, and freeze for 20 minutes, or until hard. It should be one large chocolate bar at this point (without the rectangle shape). Take a very sharp knife, and cut into little chocolate chips. Your done!
