Delightful Banana Breakfast

Serves 2

This is nice, refreshing, and sweet. Nutty naners goodness.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups strained almond milk, sweetened
  • 4 fresh bananas
  • 1½ cups raw almond butter

Preparation

First, pour the almond milk in two bowls, and drench the bananas in the milk. Spread almond butter all over the milk-dipped bananas, so they are completely covered in almond butter. Place two “buttered” bananas in each bowl of almond milk, and drench them in the milk again. Serve with my Sunrise Smoothie.

I love nanners and nut butters. How long have you been un-cooking? Your enthusiasm is just delightful.

So… this recipe suggests eating a cup and a half of almond butter in one serving? Seriously?

stRAWberry-I’ve been uncooking for many years. However, during that time, I’ve always broken the diet with sprouted cooked bread, potato chips, etc. But creating many new raw recipes takes those cravings way. Thank you! KelleyS-The only reason I said 1 1/2 cup almond butter was because I didn’t know how much would be a good amount. I’ll update that.
