Parsley Grape Drink

Serves 1 or more depending on how much you make!

For those who want a quick drink without juicing, here’s a nice one using a blender. This smoothie is runny enough to be called juice without having to extract it by straining. It is very simple, yet so delicious and REFRESHING!

Ingredients

  • Grapes (green or red)
  • Parsley (the flat-leaf variety is more flavourful)
  • Water

Preparation

I usually grab a big bunch of washed parsley, a couple handful of grapes, and blend with some water, increasing the amount of water until it is thin enough like juice. Hope you enjoy!

Thank you! You should try it with spinach too! Very light and satisfying! And best of all, no straining!

I want to try this! Last time put grapes in my blender the skin on the grapes didn’t work out too well though.

Oh cool, I don’t have a juicer so I’ll try this. I do use the Magic Bullet usually instead of a blender. Ever try those? It’s a lot easier to clean, that’s for sure!
