Chocana Divine
I’m always drinking chocolate shakes (ok, not always, lol) but this is utterly scrummy…like a melted, yet still half-frozen, chocolate ice-cream.
Ingredients
- 1 banana (preferably frozen)
- a handful of ice (6 or so)
- almond milk (for this recipe I used the almond "silt" at the bottome of the pitcher and added a wee bit more water)
- 1 teaspoon organic cocoa (heaping teaspoon)
- 1 raw honey (heaping teaspoon)
Preparation
Blend to creamy perfection. Top with raw cacao nibs or a dusting of powder.

Helena1367~ Just enough to the consistency you like…some like in thinner, some like it more like an ice-cream consistency. I like it thicker.
