Green Chill Smoothie
One Large Glass
This is a heavenly sweet and creamy smoothie for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 1 English Cucumber, chopped
- 1 Medium Ripe Banana
- ½ Small Avocado
- Dates, honey, agave or stevia (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice (optional)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients, adding water as needed.
